Clinical Vaccine Trials

The INTEGRATE Consortium actively engages with vaccine developers and international initiatives pursuing clinical vaccine development for Lassa fever. 

The INTEGRATE Consortium is partnering with international stakeholders to prepare for a clinical development program in the high transmission regions of Edo State and Ondo State. For this purpose, infrastructure and capacities for clinical phase II and phase III trials are being established in order to be ready for the implementation of regulatory clinical trial programs. 

The guiding principle of the vaccine development activities is to make highly effective and safe vaccines available for the local communities of the high transmissions areas of West Africa.
